Here's a sample itinerary to get your imagination going (due to the 2016 Kaikoura earthquake some options are unavailable)

Day 1 Kite intro/SUP

 We can pick you up anywhere in Christchurch, be it the Aiport or Hotel. Our first stop on the tour is Christchurch’s Brighton Beach and an introductory Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) lesson follow by either a introductory Kiteboarding lesson or Tandem Kiteboarding with an instructor.

We then meander down the winding roads of Banks Peninsula towards the beautiful and secluded Akaroa Harbour, our accommodation during the tour will mostly be in holiday homes with your very own cook to suit any dietary requirements you might have.

Day 2 Akaroa Penguin/Sea kayak tour

Enjoy your morning exploring the charms of Akaroa and an early lunch, then picked up for your next adventure. Pohatu Sea Kayaks, Pohatu Marine Reserve has diverse wildlife with many marine species such as penguins, several seal colonies and is often visited by Hectors Dolphins and a great range of sea birds. We the travel to the small village of Oxford for our next day of adventure.

Day 3 Glentui Canyon

Canyoning is a mixture of outdoor caving, water and having as much fun as possible. Glentui Canyon is great introductory canyon run by Big Rock Canyons, prepare to jump, slide and abseil into deep plunge pools in a seldom visited environment. Its then off to the natural thermal hot springs of Hanmer Springs for a rejuvenating soak in the pools.

Day 4 MTB in Hanmer Springs

Next day is a quiet morning exploring Hanmer then hop in the shuttle where you adventure begins! Explore the unique South Island High Country between Jacks Pass and Jollies Pass. The views are magnificent – the ride winds through the Clarence River Valley and tussocklands, over historic Jollies Pass and down through forest into the township. Return to Hanmer and relax in the Hot Springs after your ride. Another relaxing evening in Hanmer or Kaikoura depending on your Rafting choice, ready for the next day whitewater adventure

Day 5 Rafting Options 3-5 days

Chooses from either

•5  day wilderness river adventures, fully catered, all equipment supplied, professionally guided trips for group bookings. As seen on the Rivers TV series.

•2 or 3 day trips – fly in by helicopter and raft out to the coast or 4WD in through Bluff Station with an optional side-trip up Mead Stream to see the K-T boundary and then raft out.

Day 8 Dolphin swimming

At Dolphin Encounter you get the opportunity to swim with, or watch, the dusky dolphins in their natural environment off the coast of Kaikoura, New Zealand.Dusky dolphins are resident in the coastal waters of Kaikoura all year round and are renowned for their acrobatic leaps and interactive behaviour.

Whether you choose to view from the boat or join the dolphins in the ocean, you will have a unique experience that will stay with you for a lifetime! Staying at the luxury Fyffe Country Lodge south of the Kaikoura township

Day 9 Wine tour then to Christchurch

 Waipara is a quieter region known for it aromatics and white wines, with over thirty different estates there will be something for everyone to sample or perhaps fall in love with a certain vintage. We finally drop you off at your accommodation for the final night of the tour.
